In the app there's not enough videos. Providing video for all 21 days would be the best.
Another thing, all the Grinders are asked to do in empty stomach, but so far as i know working out at empty stomach will effect the muscles directly.

However, it's a great app overall. I have started to follow the program, let's see what happens to me in those 21 days.
